16 Jun Acti-Tech Ltd. and Beyerdynamic Join Forces for Energy of Sound Conference West Africa 2016
Acti-Tech Ltd in collaboration with its German partner, Beyerdynamic GmbH & Co recently hosted audio industry practitioners and stakeholders to the maiden Energy of Sound Conference West Africa. Two editions of the conference were staged back-to-back, first at the Shoregate Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos on June 14, 2016 and National Women Development Centre Abuja, on June 16, 2016, attracting close to 300 industry players, broadcast practitioners, installers and decision makers from various parts of Nigeria.
The conferences in both locations featured product presentations by the beyerdynamic team comprising the Managing Director, Global Sales & Marketing, Mr. Robert Winterhoff, Manager, International Projects, Michael Pietschmann and Operations Manager, MEA, Elmira Moraveji.
A detailed RF Training was also conducted by Applications Engineer, Mr. Bernd Nebauer, with particular focus on design and setup of wireless microphones in installations and live applications.
The sessions were highly interactive as the participants engaged the facilitators actively on the product applications and the particular needs of their respective organizations.
Participants got the opportunity to experience firsthand such new products from Beyerdynamic as the Quinta Conference Discussion System, TG 1000 Wireless Microphone System, DT 990 Pro Headphones, amongst others.
