Engr. Peter Madu Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering. He also obtained a Master of Science degree in the same discipline in 1995 from the University of Lagos. He has worked in various organizations as a Resident Engineer, rising to senior management positions. He founded Acti-Tech Ltd in April 1993. Mr. Madu is directly responsible for organizational leadership in business development, expansion and the strategic growth of Acti-Tech Ltd. He is an ICT professional with a strong background in engineering, project management and client engagement. He is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society.
Charlotte Madu (LL. B., B.L) Deputy Managing Director
A lawyer by profession, she has varied working experience spanning almost two decades. She graduated from the University of Benin in 1988 and she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She worked at Duncan Savings & Loans Limited for four years with assignments in Customer Services, Marketing, Administration, Legal & Corporate Affairs. She left Duncan Savings & Loans Limited in 1996 to set up CHARLOTTE ISOKPAN & CO; a firm of legal practitioners.
Engr. Augustus Chalokwu Chief Technology Officer
He graduated from the University of Benin in 1990 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering. He similarly holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University in 2000. He is a Cisco Certified Network Engineer, a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS- Associate Member) and the American Society for Quality Control (ASQ). His experience spans over 25 years in the Information Technology Industry, leading design and implementation on several major projects. Mr. Chalokwu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has played the leading role in the delivery of Acti-Tech projects across the country and beyond.
Engr. Micbrown Oyebode Head, Project Management
Brown Oyebode has extensive background in the IT, building services and energy sectors with over 23 years of experience in the field of systems analysis, in particular provision of wide range of IT design and systems modelling. He is a smart systems integration expert. He has played key roles in delivery of variety of technology solutions, services design and power systems, and has a proven ability to bring together diverse interests for the delivery of a common objective. Brown has a wealth of project management and delivery experience and has provided valuable technical contributions to many international projects, including a comprehensive condition survey for the Silver link line of the London Underground Transport System, design of a city-wide surveillance masterplan for Kurdistan-Iraq, design of a data centre for Scottish & Southern Energy Plc, UK, technical review of HVAC Control design & fire detection/protection system for Faras Power Station, Saudi Arabia amongst others. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), British Computer Society (BCS), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), as well as member of Nigeria Computer Society (MNCS). He is also registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria.
Engr. Adeyinka Adegoke Head, Technical Services
A graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Telecommunications Option) from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He has a wide knowledge and experience in both installation and maintenance of several types of communications systems ranging from Panasonic Systems, SIEMENS, and MITEL Systems. He is also versatile in the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, networking systems, conference and public address systems. He is a certified Bosch systems expert with several years of practical experience in project design and implementation.
Mr. Nosa Odiase Senior Relationship Manager
Mr. Odiase obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia in 2006 and his Masters Degree in Chemical Cybernetics from the same institution in 2008. Since joining Acti-Tech Ltd in 2009, he has spearheaded business development efforts, while developing customer relations platforms that have enhanced customer satisfaction. He is responsible for managing relations with OEM’s, logistics and supply chain partners, and oversees foreign procurement.
Mr. Julian Madu Business Development Manager
He graduated from Imo State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics. Mr. Julian Madu began his working career at Acti-Tech Ltd, and has served in different positions since inception, playing vital roles ranging from business development, project management, logistics and procurement. He took up a position with Pinnacle Communications Ltd in 2008, where he served as a branch representative until 2011. Julian rejoined Acti-Tech Ltd in 2011, and currently serves as the Business Development Manager His many years of experience in building business relations within the public and private sector, is an asset in actualizing the business strategy of Acti-Tech Ltd.
